way2Sync is a product of Digital Stanza (LK Corporate Park, Dumartarai, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India). Digital Stanza is the parent company that operates way2Sync and is the organisation responsible for personal information collected through the website, web dashboard, and mobile apps.

We collect account details, company information (including address and optional ABN), lead data you enter, device tokens for notifications, billing records needed to operate the CRM, and phone-number click events from connected websites (time of the tap, the number that was clicked, page URL, advertising tags such as UTM and gclid, approximate IP address, and city/region/country derived from that IP). A phone click is a tap on a call link. It is not a record of whether the call connected.

We use this information to provide the service, send transactional email and push notifications, process payments, and improve the product. Outbound email is sent through Amazon SES from a sending domain for your state, or from your domain once it is verified. If SES is not linked, mail may fall back to the platform SMTP account. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card details are collected by Razorpay. way2Sync does not store full card numbers on our servers.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@way2sync.com. We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards as required for tax and dispute handling.
